located in Seminyak, Kuta, Bali, 25 minutes from the international
Airport Ngurah of Denpasar Bali and 10 minutes walk to the
nearest beach.
The property consists of 11 private villas with in total of
24 rooms; nine 2-bedroom villas with in between a swimming
pool and two 3-bedroom villas with a connecting room and a
third bedroom with a swimming pool in between. All villas

- Voucher (Confirmation Slip) will be sent (through
e-mails or fax) to you to bring along for check
in after the settlement fully made and confirmed
into our bank account
- We require at least 7 (seven) working days ( 1
(one) week) before check in date to process the
reservation under prepayment basis
- Cancellation Fee will be 1 night charge if occurs
within 72 hours prior to arrival and full payment
for No Show
