AIRPORT TRANSFER
Prema Tours is pleased to offer a welcoming/meeting service upon
arrival to Bali. Our representatives will wait at the airport and
display signs with guest’s names. All transfers are provided
in air-conditioned vehicles accompanied by our professional tour
guides. We will assist with luggage between airport/hotel and vice
versa and further reconfirmation of travel and ticket reservations.
We include free airport pick-ups (airport-hotel-airport) in our
hotel rates to the following area:
- Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Tuban, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, and Sanur.
DAY TOURS INCLUSION

- Service of an English speaking guide or any other language requested
- Admission fees and donations
- Meals as specified on itinerary
PACKAGE TOURS INCLUSION
- Transportation in air-conditioned vehicles
- Service of an English-speaking guides
- Admission fees and donations
- Accommodation at specified hotels
- Meals as specified on each itinerary
- Luggage portage between airport/hotel and vice versa
EXCLUSION
We do not include International or Domestic airfares (unless specified),
airport taxes, meals other than those specified in each itinerary,
beverages, laundry, excess baggage charge, telephone and other
communication charge and all item of a personal nature.
RESPONSIBILITY
Prema Tours can not accept liability for any act or omission whatsoever,
whether negligence or otherwise of those airlines, hotels or other
providing services in connection with arrangements over which
we have no direct control. We act solely as an agent for the companies
we represent and disclaim any and all liability for property loss
or damage and/or any and all damages directly or indirectly resulting
in death or personal injury which may be sustained on account
of or arising from, by reason of or while engage in any tour,
whether due to the ownership maintenance, use operation or control
of any aircraft, automobile, bicycle, boat vehicle, inn, hotel,
guesthouse, common carrier, of otherwise, or whether caused by
failure of delay or by any transportation company, due to any
cause whatsoever during a tour under its management, sponsorship,
procurement or otherwise.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellation fees will be levied in accordance with charges imposed
by hotel and associated transportation service. All hotel charge
minimum on one night rate for 48 hours prior to arrival and full
payment for no show or late cancellations. No refunds will be
made in respect of sightseeing, accommodation, meal or any other
services not utilized after the tour has commenced.
TERMS OF PAYMENTS
All payment should be settled within 30 days before clients arrive
or based on a separate agreement that has been achieved by both
parties. All rates are quoted in US Dollar (US$), otherwise mention
in other specified currency such as in Indonesian Rupiah. Payment
methods are as follows:
1. Reservation will proceed after customer has filled
out credit card authorization form and received by Prema Tours
& Travel.
Your reservation will be reply at least within 2 x 24 hours. If
your reservation by any means not confirmed, our reservation staff
will inform to suggest other alternatives. To confirm your reservation
we request copy both side of your Credit Cards, Copy of valid
Passport Photo Page, fulfill Credit Card Authorization Form and
signature which should be send by fax to : 62-361- 467374 or 462
082 after you submit your reservation request.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate
visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers
to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least
six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof
of onward journey, either return of through tickets.
LAW OF AGREEMENT
the laws of the Republic of Indonesia shall govern this agreement.
Any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement, the
regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rule.
